How the floating License works?

For the floating license:

• It is always free to upgrade to the latest version of the tool.
• The license is transferable and free to use at any client machine or OS that is supported.
• It is based on subscription, unfortunately, internet access is required at the moment to log in the license. If you logged in successfully before, with an internet cut off it can still work for 12 hours.
• The subscription comes in monthly or yearly flavor, and you can cancel it anytime yourself.
• At the same time, one floating license only allows one machine/user to connect to. The following user that login will kick out the former user.
• There are license protection and management tools provided for the username, password and license protection.
