Where to find the EULA file?

The studio needs the EULA to evaluate the software. Where can we find it?

The EULA file is available both in MGTools and MG-Picker Studio installation packages. 

In MGTools, it is "MGTools/invoke/EULA_EN.txt", while in MG-Picker Studio it is in "MGPicker_Program/Terms/EULA_English.txt".
