Is there an admin panel or a way to manage checked out licenses?

For a studio sharing licenses, we need the ability to pull the license from a user who is out of the office. Is there a way to do this?

It is impossible for the node-locked license, but possible for a floating license, like changing the password, or providing the user with a license file with a date limitation or IP limitation.
